Refund & Cancellation Policy


Effective Date: January 5, 2026

At Skiftech, we strive to provide top-quality digital services with clear communication and client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital products and services, we offer a limited refund and cancellation policy outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started and no time or resources have been allocated.

  • A mutual agreement is reached before any major work is delivered.

  • A refund is requested within 7 days of initial payment, and no deliverables have been finalized or approved.

Refunds are not guaranteed for change of mind, delays caused by the client, or dissatisfaction outside the agreed scope.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • The service or product was delivered as agreed.

  • You approved the final design, website, app, or content.

  • The delay or issue was caused due to missing information or late communication from your side.

  • You decide to discontinue the project after it has started.

  • You seek refunds for completed marketing, paid ads, or digital work already deployed.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a project at any time before delivery, but no refunds will be issued for work already completed or hours spent.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any project if the client violates our terms, behaves unethically, or engages in fraudulent activity.

4. Processing Time

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, Bank, Wise).
