By using our website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any agreements entered separately (e.g., project contracts or NDAs).

2. Services Overview

Skiftech offers digital solutions including but not limited to:

• Website & app development

• UI/UX design

• Digital marketing & advertising

• Software automation

• Technical consulting

Service specifics, timelines, deliverables, and costs will be defined per project through email or written agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely project requirements

• Cooperate during the project cycle

• Make payments on time based on agreed milestones

• Respect the intellectual property rights of Skiftech and its team

Failure to meet responsibilities may delay or void service delivery.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due as per the agreed terms. Skiftech may require a deposit or full payment before project initiation.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are considered only for incomplete or undelivered services. No refunds are issued for approved, completed, or live work. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom code, content, and designs delivered by Skiftech remain the intellectual property of Skiftech until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.

Templates or third-party elements used in projects may remain subject to their own licensing terms.

6. Confidentiality & NDAs

We respect your privacy and business confidentiality. All client information and projects are handled under strict non-disclosure. NDAs can be signed on request.

7. Limitations of Liability

Skiftech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including delays, data loss, or technical failures.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party software, plugins, or APIs to deliver your project. Skiftech is not liable for changes, outages, or licensing policies of such services.

9. Modifications

Skiftech reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate jurisdiction.
